Our collective experience spans global operations and management, equipment design and manufacturing, product commercialization, and business development across every major oil and gas basin. Stefan Radwanksi

Chief Executive Officer

Stefan joined Scout as CEO in 2021. Prior to that, he served as the President of Cameron Surface Division and later as the Schlumberger President of Surface Division. At Cameron, and later Schlumberger, he was responsible for building and managing the surface business, which grew to be the largest and most successful wellhead business in the world. Stefan managed Cameron’s growth in the North American frac market from $300M to $1B. Stefan has held executive positions at Vetco Gray, Cameron, and Schlumberger. Stefan has over 35 years of wellhead and pressure control business experience and has worked in and managed every region globally. He has experience in every aspect of business from operations, sales, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing. Stefan has a network of contacts globally and has been involved in leading several successful joint ventures, alliances, and collaboration agreements in the wellhead business.

Coleman Fulcher

Chief Financial Officer

Coleman has been with Scout since the company’s inception and is responsible for Scout’s financial leadership, including strategy, capital allocation, and internal operations. At Scout, Coleman has led multiple successful acquisitions and integrations that have strengthened Scout’s financial and operational performance. Prior to Scout, Coleman worked as a consultant in the energy industry for Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). Coleman holds a BBA in Finance and Business Honors, with a minor in Accounting, and graduated with highest honors from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Thomas Roesner

Director of Business Development, Engineering, and Quality

Thomas serves as the Director of Business Development and Engineering at Scout. He has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, having held positions in operations, sales and marketing, engineering, product line management, and business development with Cameron / Schlumberger, GE Oil & Gas, National Oilwell Varco, and Weatherford. Thomas brings with him years of engineering, development, and commercialization of new technologies, leading Scout’s capability in solving industry challenges. Thomas has multiple US patents for the development of downhole drilling, well intervention, and well stimulation equipment. Further, Thomas has managed projects in 20+ countries, bringing vast global experience. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. Thomas has served on the Board of Mechanical Engineers at Texas A&M University.

Jeremy Brunty

Director of Operations, United States

Jeremy leads all US Operations for Scout, bringing with him two decades of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions in operations management, technical training, manufacturing, and inspections at Weir Oil & Gas and US Well Services. Jeremy's expertise in navigating the dynamic oil and gas sector has led to consistent growth, as he consistently achieves operational excellence without compromising service or quality. With a diverse skill set spanning lean manufacturing, maintenance cycles, life cycle management, frac completions, operations, sales, and engineering, Jeremy possesses a comprehensive understanding of all processes, from OEM to field operations. As part of the Scout team, Jeremy works closely with engineering and R&D teams to identify and address inefficiencies, enhance product quality, increase efficiency and minimize NPT for our customers. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairmont State University.

John Chappell

Product Manager

John has deep expertise with four decades in oilfield services, including thirty-three years with Cameron / Schlumberger. Prior to Scout, John was the Surface and Midstream technology lifecycle manager at Cameron. John specializes in overseeing the development, testing, field trials and commercialization of cutting-edge surface and midstream technology products, particularly in frac fluid delivery technology. At Scout, John oversees the entire lifecycle of our new technologies and equipment, from development to commercialization, ensuring our products meet high standards and deliver practical solutions in the field. John also leads the team to optimize product designs, supply chains, and costs, develop sales and marketing plans, build strong customer relationships, and train staff for deployment, inspection, and maintenance. John’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation helps elevate Scout’s performance and differentiate us in the industry.

Jason Thetford

Operations Manager, Saudi Arabia

Jason has over 25 years of experience in inspecting, certifying, and deploying treating iron in all upstream oil and gas applications. He is a Qualified Inspector and has started, managed, and sold his own iron recertification and management business. He has also worked on many Frac locations throughout the USA and has contributed to driving efficiency improvements. He is intimately familiar with all of the factors that contribute to optimizing the performance of iron and other flow control equipment in all applications. Jason has successfully managed the overall Scout operations in Saudi overcoming many challenges to deliver a high level of performance and service quality.

Kirk Guidry

Principal Engineer

Kirk brings deep expertise with four decades in oilfield services, including thirty-five years with Cameron / Schlumberger. During that time Kirk worked on Surface and subsea Wellheads and Trees, BOP’s and every Pressure and Flow Control product that Cameron Engineered and manufactured. In his last position Kirk served as Vice President of Engineering at Cameron, leading the global technology for surface products that worked in 35+ countries and employed over 5,000 people. He has managed large teams of engineers, complex projects and challenging deadlines and applications. Kirk has been granted 30+ patents, including the Horizontal Frac Tree and Monoline Systems. Kirk is a distinguished Service Award recipient and member of API Valve Repair Counsel for multiple years.

Grant Harmon

Sales Manager

Grant leads our sales team at Scout. He brings experience in sales and service in major shale plays in the US. Grant has over a decade of experience driving the digital transformation within the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry, including experience with notable companies including TE3CO & KLX.
